The swim takes place in warm river water. The cycling route will take you through the atmospheric French countryside, and the run consists of 2-4 loops along the riverside through the city.

• 08:00 – 10:05 Flight Helsinki HEL – Geneva GVA (Finnair), followed by ground transportation to Vichy (approx. 4 hours).

• Hotel check-in and time to explore the area.

14:00 – 19:00 Transition Opens – Bike/Bags Check-in
19:00 Team dinner and race briefing

Final gear preparations and getting ready for the race day.

Sunday, August 23

07:00 Ironman Vichy and Ironman 70.3 Vichy.

• 140.6 IM individually, or 70.3. IM individually or as a relay team.

• Group dinner and time to share experiences and relax after the race.

Monday, August 24

12:00 Transfer to the airport

18:55 – 22:50 Flight Geneva GVA – Helsinki HEL (Finnair)
